Registering conditions

Accordong to the Internal Order Reglement, for a person to become a member (active, sportive or sympathizing) of Tibiscus Sporting Club (TSC), they must deposit a file to the Clubs Secretariat containing:
(1) A contract for signing up to the Club, approved by the section coordinator;
(2) A recite for the 25 Euro annual fee, equivalent in RON at the daily course set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR); the sympathizing members will not pay this tax;
(3) A receipt from their physician, which assesses their health and eventual diseases or afflictions; this receipt will be accompanied by a written statement about the applicants state of health and how this may affect their activity in the club;
(4) If the applicant is under 18 years of age, a written statement of one of the parents or legal tutors, on a form witch can be found at the Clubs secretariat;
(5) 4 color photos ¾ or in electronic format of at least 800 * 600 pixel dimension.
If the application file is missing one or more items mentioned above, the file will be rejected and will have to be completed.
When the applicant deposits the file he/she will have to present some form of ID (birth certificate, ID card or passport) to verify the data in the contract and introduction into the Club’s database.
The contract mentioned above is valid for 12 months since the application is approved.

Members privileges

According to the Internal Order Regalement, the club’s members have the following rights:
a) participation to any of the Club’s actions and manifestations;
b) use of all of the possessions that the Club offers to it’s members;
c) to elect and to be elected in the Directors Board and the Censors commission, if they are over 18 years of age, if they have the skills needed for the position they are applying for and if their criminal record is clean;
d) to use the sporting bases and installations to which the Club has access to in the interest of unfolding their sporting activities;
e) renouncing the quality of Club member by free will;
f) contributing materially, morally and spiritually to the Club’s evolution.
g) active members have the right to compete in sporting events held by other Clubs then TSC.
The Sportive members of the Club have the following additional rights:
a) to participate in every training session held;
b) participation in local, national and international competitions.
The Club’s members can benefit from the rights mentioned above only if they satisfy the obligations memtioned in the Members Obligations section.

Members obligations

According to the Internal Order Regalement, the club’s members have the following obligations:
a) to obey, without reserves, the stipulations of the Statute, the Governing and Organizational Rolls, the Internal Order Regalement, and the General Councils decisions and of the Board of Directors;
b) to pay on time their financial and material obligations that they accepted in conformity whit the commitments they’ve assumed;
c) to support in a decent, civilized and in a spirit of fair-play the Club’s teams and sportsmen in the competitions they are participating in;
d) contributing in an effective and dynamic way to realizing the associations purposes;
e) to represent the Club and it’s interests on every manifestation they participate in;
f) to contribute morally and spiritually to the Club’s evolution.
According to the Internal Order Regalement, the club’s members which wish to maintain this quality have the following obligations:

Active Member quality:
(1) must be present for the meetings of the section he is a part of, in conformity with the requirements of each individual section; although, it is not accepted for the member to have less than 25% presence over a period of 3 consecutive months if they reside in Timisoara, 10% presence over a period of 3 consecutive months for the members residing in Timis County and 1 presence over a period of 3 consecutive months for members residing outside of Timis County;
(2) Must be present at all of the meetings held by the General Gathering of TSC;
(3) Must participate to at least 1 excursion/competition/outing/training/etc. per month organized by the Club;
(4) To represent only the name of the Tibiscus Sporting Club in all the competitions in which he/she participates in; if the case may be, only with the written approval of the Board of Directors, may he represent other names/brands in the competition;
(5) Must bring, every 3 months from the day he signed up to the Club, a certificate from his physician, and a written statement similar to those presented in art. 6 / 3;
(6) Must not bring prejudices to the Club or any of it’s members, through any of his actions;
(7) To deliver, at the end of each month, to the secretariat of the section he belongs to, a portfolio in electronic format about the activity he’s had; the content of which will be decided upon by each section;
(8) Must not activate or hold functions in a club with the same profile or a similar one to the section he is a part of.

Sportive Member quality:
(1) must be present for the meetings of the section he is a part of, in conformity with the requirements of each individual section; although, it is not accepted for the member to have less than 25% presence over a period of 3 consecutive months if they reside in Timisoara, 10% presence over a period of 3 consecutive months for the members residing in Timis County and 1 presence over a period of 3 consecutive months for members residing outside of Timis County;
(2) Must be present at all of the meetings held by the General Gathering of TSC;
(3) Must participate to at least 1 excursion/competition/outing/training/etc. per month organized by the Club;
(4) Must participate to the periodic training sessions planned and organized by the Section Coordinator the specialty coach;
(5) To represent only the name of the Tibiscus Sporting Club in all the competitions in which he/she participates in; if the case may be, only with the written approval of the Board of Directors, may he represent other names/brands in the competition;
(6) Must have periodic medical check-ups specific to each Section;
(7) Promoting the trimestrial evaluation organized by the Section Coordinator and the specialty coach in the last week of February, May, August, November and the physical tests of the section he is a member of. For the sporting members with problems at these evaluations and tests, the Section Coordinator, whit the recommendation of the coach (training coordinator), will present to the Board of Directors proposals for the activities held, and the Board of Directors will decide upon canceling the contract, within the terms of the reglementations;
(8) Must not bring prejudices to the Club or any of it’s members, through any of his actions;
(9) To deliver, at the end of each month, to the secretariat of the section he belongs to, a portfolio in electronic format about the activity he’s had; the content of which will be decided upon by each section;
(10) Must not activate or hold functions in a club with the same profile or a similar one to the section he is a part of.

Sympathizing Member quality:
(1) Must be present for the meetings of the section he is a part of, in conformity with the requirements of each individual section; although, it is not accepted for the member to have less than 25% presence over a period of 3 consecutive months if they reside in Timisoara, 10% presence over a period of 3 consecutive months for the members residing in Timis County and 1 presence over a period of 3 consecutive months for members residing outside of Timis County;
(2) Must participate to at least 1 excursion/competition/outing/training/etc. per month organized by the Club;
(3) Must not bring prejudices to the Club or any of it’s members, through any of his actions;
(4) To participate, when asked by the Board of Directors, to the actions organized by the Club or its partner associations; if he/she can’t participate, he/she must give a written announcement, at least 10 days prior to the date of the event he is summoned to.

Members rewards

According to the Internal Order Regalement, the rewards can be given as following:
(1) The Board of Directors, with the approval of the General Gathering, can decide on ways of rewarding the Club’s members which contribute to the prestige of the Club and obtain outstanding results in their activities;
(2) Material rewards are given from the associations funds, constituted in the modality underlined in chapter “The Income and Spendings of the Club” from the “Regalement of Organization and Functioning”;
(3) A member of the club which obtains a sponsorship, which will be used for the good functioning of the Club or for the better organizing of a manifestation, will benefit of a prize of 10% of the value of the sponsorship, which will be given in the form of sporting goods or of another nature;
(4) A member of the club which obtains a sponsorship, which will be used for the activity of that member, will benefit of that sponsorship under the form of money, in accordance with the legal stipulations about taxes, or under the form of materials or services (sportive or of other nature, delegations, etc). If the sponsorship in the form of money, the Club will benefit oh 10% of the sponsorships value, sum which will be used for the activities of the Club.
(5) A member of the club which realized a notable action in the period while he was under contract can be rewarded with a cut of the annual tax, when he renews the contract, as stipulated in that section.

Members punitives

According to the Internal Order Regalement, sanctions can be given as following:
(1) For failing to accomplishing his obligations or for activities that hurt the Club’s interests, the Board of Directors, at the Section Coordinator’s request, will constitute the sanctions for the members responsible for the mentioned actions.
(2) Sanctions which can be applied are:
a) Verbal blame in front of the other members of the Section;
b) Written blame;
c) Advertisement;
d) Exclusion from the Club.
(3) Sanctions will be applied in a progressive manner, but there will be consideration for the type of action.
(4) Sporting members, who obtain no results at competitions or in training, can be demoted to active members, at the proposal of the Section Coordinator, whit the approval of the Board of Directors, whit the appropriate modification of the rights and obligations.
